Grand Jury:
The "Grand Jury" is a group of twelve citizens (plus two alternates) that meet and consider evidence in felony criminal cases. If at least nine feel there is reason to believe someone has committed a felony and there is enough evidence to proceed in a district court, they will vote a "True Bill" or Indictment in the case.
